Abstract
Formation of microparticles initiated by XeCl laser radiation photolys is of Mo(CO)(6) mixed with buffer gas was studied. It was shown that m icron-sized heavy objects (microparticles) of little mobility were for med and scattered the beam of the He-Ne probe laser. The microparticle mass and size were determined from probe laser beam scattering. The a verage density of microparticle was estimated (rho approximate to 0.1 g . cm(-3)).
