Abstract
Thin films from the systems Se-Ag-I and Te-Ag-I are investigated. The optical transmission spectra are measured and the optical band gap is estimated on their basis. The temperature relationship of the electric al conductivity is measured and the activation energy is determined. S ome relationships between these parameters and the composition of the glasses are discussed.
