Vs. Lysenko et al., THERMALLY ACTIVATED DISSIPATION AND UPPER CRITICAL MAGNETIC-FIELD UNDER THE STRONG ELECTROSTATIC-FIELD IN THE BIPBSRCACUO THIN-FILM, Journal de physique. IV, 6(C3), 1996, pp. 271-276
Three different regimes of thermally activated dissipation behaviour w
ere determined in the superconducting (Bi,Pb)(2)Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox thin film
in dependence on the external magnetic field. The negative electrostat
ic field applied to the film surface has been found to increase the ac
tivation energy of flux creep in relatively low magnetic fields. The u
pper critical magnetic field determined from resistive measurements in
creases in the vicinity of superconducting transition temperature unde
r the influence of the electrostatic field.
