Abstract
A new ultrasonic method has been proposed for the study of flux pinnin g properties in high T-c superconducting thin films. The depinned flux lines excited by the ultrasound are detected as the excess flux flow voltage. A maximum of the voltage, which was observed below T-c, is ex plained qualitatively by considering ultrasonic attenuation due to the thermally assisted flux flow.
