Bullying appears as one of the most distinct social phenomena at prese
nt. It limits human rights and deforms substantially interpersonal rel
ations. It belongs to socio-pathogenetic events similarly as alcoholis
m and toxicomanics, often preceding criminal engagement. It is observe
d mainly in social complexes, where the leader's authority is not full
y exerted and where an uncontrolled space is allowed in the organisati
on for bullying activities of individuals. The system of values of ind
ividuals or a group exerts the negative influence whenever different f
orms of aggression are taken as normative. According to the results, o
ne half of respondents has already met some Form of bullying during th
eir life. Although more than 80% of them consider bullying as an impro
per humiliating behaviour, 50% only accept the position of active acto
rs against it, The rest behaves indifferently - passively. This fact s
hould be considered as starting point for the activities of the majori
ty of educational workers.
