Abstract
We have prepared Co/Pt multilayers with periods in the range 0.8-15 nm by electrodeposition using a potentiostatic technique. The multilayer s were characterized by XRD analysis, scanning electron microscopy, to rque magnetometry, and an induction method. It was found that the magn etic properties depend on the Co layer thickness because of the struct ural changes in the growth of multilayers.
