Abstract
W/Ti quasiperiodic superlattices with a Fibonacci sequence have been f abricated by magnetron sputtering. X-ray diffraction has been used to characterize the microstructures of these superlattices. Numerical cal culations are performed to fit the experimental results, and quantitat ive agreement is obtained.
