Abstract
We studied individual magneto-optic (MO) contributions of [Tb/Fe](n) m ultilayers in novel {[Tb/Fe](n)/Si3N4}(N) structures displaying a cons iderable enhancement of Kerr and Faraday MO effects in red light. A st rong sensitivity of individual MO contributions to photon energy is de monstrated and confirmed by an optical multilayer model. This allows u s to probe selectively the magnetism of individual stacked multilayers .
