Abstract
Magnetic resonance measurements on EuTe/PbTe multi-well structures pro vide evidence for a new type of two-dimensional magnetic states at the antiferromagnet-semiconductor interfaces. The resonance is electrical ly induced but the states are magnetically coupled to the antiferromag netically ordered layers.
