Abstract
As heavy baryon Lambda(Q) (Q = b or c) consists of a heavy quark and a
scalar light diquark, we establish the Bethe-Salpeter (B-S) equation
for hg in the heavy quark limit. With the reasonable kernel we solve t
he B-S equation numerically and calculate the Isgur-Wise function as L
ambda(b) --> Lambda(c).
