Abstract
Comprehensive N-15 NMR data for pyrazine and all methylpyrazine deriva tives and their 1 and 4-oxides and 1,4-dioxides are reported. The N-15 signals of unsymmetrically substituted methylpyrazine derivatives wer e assigned an the basis of pi-electron densities of two nitrogen atoms of those compounds calculated by the MNDO method.
