Abstract
Using semiconducting alpha spectrometry and mass spectrometry, the hal f-life of californium-250 T-alpha Cf0 determined relative to californi um-252, the half-life of which taken as 2.731 years. Based on data fro m 37 measurements of the half-lives of the two Cf-250-enriched specime ns, T-alpha Cf0 was estimated to be 13.08+/-0.27 pears with a confiden ce level of P = 0.95.
