Abstract
Deposition of the films of hydrogenized carbon from cyclohexane-argon mixtures in a low-temperature plasma was investigated. It was establis hed that the properties of the films depend on the ratio of ionic curr ent to the surface and the growth rate and may be explained by the exi stence of clusters possessing diamond and graphite types of chemical b onds between carbon atoms.
