Abstract
This paper presents the multi-parameters overrelaxation (MPOR) method, whose special cases involve many classical iterative methods, for sol ving linear systems of equations. The convergence conditions with A be ing a Hermitian matrix, an L-matrix and an H-matrix are derived. The r esults here imply many well-known statements for the classical iterati ve methods.
