Abstract
A series of new macrocyclic compounds have been prepared by treating d i-n-butyltin(IV) dicarboxylates of diphenic acid (biphenyl-2,2'-dicarb oxylic acid), thiodiacetic acid and maleic anhydride with succinyl, ad ipoyl and sebacoyl dichlorides, The compounds have been characterized with the help of elemental analyses and spectral data (mass, IR, H-1 a nd C-13 NMR).
