Abstract
OsNCl3 was prepared by the reaction of (NH4)(2)[OsNCI5] with chlorine at 300 degrees C, forming a black, X-ray amorphous moisture sensitive, paramagnetic powder which was characterized by IR spectroscopy and me asurement of the magnetic susceptibility in the range of 5 - 300 k.
