Abstract
The field of medicine has embraced and utilized many advanced technolo gies. The use of the laser will continue to he important as computer a ssisted surgery and robotics are used in conjunction with lasers to im prove patient care. This concluding article reviews the laser and pres ent scenarios for possible future surgical procedures with the laser.
