Abstract
We report the case of a 63-year-old man who presented at our hospital with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. He was found to have an anomalous left coronary artery originating from the pulmonary artery. The patie nt underwent successful revascularization with the use of a left inter nal mammary artery bypass graft.
