is palliative. Two cases of squamous cell carcinoma are presented to d
raw attention to the potential for these lesions to deteriorate into m
alignant lesions, A high index of suspicion is necessary to make the e
arly diagnosis of malignancy and prevent spread of lesions, An initial
wide excision may prevent metastasis, Inadequate excision, recurrence
, or tumor in the margins should be treated by amputation.
