Abstract
The development of an internal. thoracic artery-pulmonary artery fistu la after operation is a rare entity of no clear etioloy. We report a p atient who underwent coronary bypass reoperation, presented 3 years la ter with angina on exertion, and upon investigation was found to have an internal thoracic artery-pulmonary artery fistula. This patient was managed conservatively.
