Abstract
Leiomyosarcoma of the superior vena cava is exceptional. A case in a 5 2-year-old man is described. A treatment by means of neoadjuvant chemo therapy, operation, and adjuvant radiotherapy was performed. This aggr essive treatment has permitted the patient to obtain a relatively long survival. with a good quality of life.
