Abstract
Untreated pericardial patch was successfully used to augment tissue-de ficient bridging leaflets of the right atrioventricular valve in a pat ient after previous repair of complete common atrioventricular canal. Medium-term echocardiographic follow-up showed excellent tricuspid val ve function with trivial central regurgitation.
