Abstract
In addressing law related to workplace violence and employers' obligat ions, the authors analyze the quagmire of the often conflicting rights of the victim, the perpetrator, and third parties. The close attentio n that courts are now giving to workplace violence and the scores of l egislative efforts to deal with it are assessed.
