Abstract
This chapter details the efforts of a labor education program to devel op a guidebook to provide unions and joint labor-management groups wit h tools that can be used to assess the risk of violence. The guidebook 's hazard assessment checklist and policy checklist are reprinted at t he end of the chapter.
