Abstract
The first example of a library of the quinolone antibacterial agents p repared by solid phase organic synthesis is described. Results of thes e studies and the parallel synthesis, isolation,purification and analy sis of eight quinolones are discussed. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Sci ence Ltd
