Abstract
A simple intuitive simulation model, which we call ''Package Flow Mode l'', has been developed to evaluate physical processes in nuclear reac tor system from a macroscopic point of view. In the previous paper, we showed the physical process of each energy generation and transfer st age in a PWR could be modeled by PFM, and its dynamics could be approx imately simulated by fuzzy implementation. In this paper, a PFMs netwo rk approach for a total PWR system simulation is proposed and some tra nsients of nuclear ship ''MUTSU'' reactor system are evaluated. The si mulated results are consistent with those from Nuclear Ship Engineerin g Simulation System developed by JAERI. Furthermore, a visual represen tation method is proposed to intuitively capture the profile of fuel s afety transient. Using the PFMs network, we can handily calculate the transient phenomena of the system even by a notebook-type personal com puter. In addition, we can easily interpret the results of calculation surveying a small number of parameters.
