Abstract
This article presents an integrated approach to strategic change. The traditional 2 x 2 matrix is replaced with a 'Change Wheel' which corpo rate executives and managers can-use to 'navigate' changer The author argues for an alignment of strategies with the change processes, and t he company cultures required to sustain the strategic change. He ident ifies the change processes specific to each change strategy, and empha sizes the importance of ensuring that appropriate change processes are in place, The article is based on 3 years' research and provides prac tical guidelines to business executives who are involved in designing and implementing strategic change.
