Abstract
Rat liver cytoplasmic tRNA population was separated by h.p.l.c. using a gradient of acetonitrile/ammonium acetate. Chromatographic data for separation of the asparagine, leucine, and serine isoacceptor species are reported. concentrations of these tRNA species, area peak percenta ges, were analyzed and compared to theoretical data for the fractional use of each codon for aminoacid.
