General solutions to the Grad-Shafranov equation obtained in [1] for t
he linear dependence p(psi) are analyzed. These solutions describe pla
nar plasma configurations (Galatheas) with two conductors (myxines). T
he simplest belt configurations (SBCs) are considered, and their class
ification is given. Integral characteristics, including the interactio
n force between myxines, are calculated for a number of SBCs. Configur
ations are found that provide myxine equilibrium (''double equilibrium
configurations''). The stability of these configurations against conv
ective perturbations is studied. Estimates are made for the parameters
of a hot-plasma magnetic configuration.
