Abstract
A simple and precise system for the measurement of both first and seco nd magnetic field integral distributions and integrated multipole erro rs in insertion devices has been developed. The method. the characteri stics and the performance of the system are presented. A comparison is also made with the more traditional Hall plate and flipping coil tech niques.
