Abstract
The theoretical basis and practical implications or osmotic pressure m easurement are briefly discussed. Stress is laid on interconversions o f various tabulated and practically used units and on practical exampl es of osmotic pressure calculation and determination, with special ref erence to passible pitfalls in osmotic pressure assessment and adjustm ent.
