Abstract
Primed in situ DNA labelling (PRINS) labels the telomeres of Avena, Tr iticum, Secale, Hordeum, Lolium, Festuca and Trifolium when primers ar e used that correspond to the repeat unit of Arabidopsis telomeres. Th ere are interstitial sites labelled in a Lolium x Festuca hybrid.
