Abstract
The acoustoelectric effect caused by a piezoelectric field in the laye red structure (YZ-LiNbO3-gap-YBa2Cu3O7-x film on MgO) is studied for d ifferent gaps. At T < T-c the anomaly observed earlier [JETP 52 (1990) 546; Sov. Phys. Solid State 33 (1991) 469] is not found. This means t hat the anomaly is due to the mechanical deformation of the film by th e acoustic wave. The field and deformation potential mechanisms of the effect are discussed. Our analysis gives evidence for a strong electr on-phonon interaction.
