Cg. Granqvist et al., ANGULAR SELECTIVE WINDOW COATINGS - EFFECTIVE-MEDIUM THEORY AND EXPERIMENTAL-DATA ON SPUTTER-DEPOSITED FILMS, Renewable energy, 8(1-4), 1996, pp. 530-539
Angular selective coatings are of interest for innovative fenestration
. A theoretical framework, based on the Maxwell Garnett and Bruggeman
effective medium theories, is put forward. These theories are applied
to obliquely sputter deposited films based on Cr, Al, or Ti. A detaile
d representation of the optical data can be obtained with regard to in
cidence angle, wavelength, and polarization state.
