We have carried out a comparative study of the relativistic and non-re
lativistic Landauer resistance (LR) of a Fibonacci lattice. The Fibona
cci lattice treated by us consists of rectangular potential barriers,
with their centres distributed according to the Fibonacci sequence. Th
e purpose behind our study is to examine how the relativistic effect o
n LR of the Fibonacci lattice depends on energy and various parameters
associated with the Fibonacci lattice. Among other things, we find th
at the relativistic impact increases with increase in the number of ba
rriers in the Fibonacci lattice and reduction in the width of barriers
