We have calculated the k, k' dependence of the spectral function alpha
(2)F(Omega, k, k') using the renormalized one-electron-type band struc
ture based on the extended two story house model by Kamimura and Suwa
in which the states of carriers and localized spins are separated and
the latter form an antiferromagnetic local order. The following import
ant results emerge from this calculation: (1) d-wave pairing occurs ev
en for the phonon mechanism, when the localized spins form an antiferr
omagnetic local order, (2) phonon modes in which oxygen ions move vert
ically from the CuO2 plane contribute to the electron-phonon interacti
on in cuprates, while those like breathing modes in which oxygen and c
opper ions vibrate within a CuO2 plane do not contribute significantly
