Abstract
We report on the c-axis current-voltage (I-V) characteristics in Bi2Sr 2CaCu2O8+x single crystals. The I-V characteristics exhibited multiple branches, and the critical current modulated under the magnetic field perpendicular to the c-axis. These results confirm the idea that the crystal behaves as an array of Josephson junctions.
