Abstract
A macroscopic description of the magnetization has been carried out by solving the Maxwell equations to investigate the nonlinearity of elec tric field versus current density characteristics. It has been shown t hat the log E vs. log J curve has a concave curvature in the low-field region even at low temperature. This result disagrees with the vortex -glass model or the collective flux creep model.
