Abstract
Cytogenetic analysis of a dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma with a fibro sarcomatous component revealed the following chromosomal complement: 4 7,XX,i(1)(q10),add(6)(q13),+7,+8,t(10;22) (p11.2;q11.2),+14,-15,-17,ad d(19)(q13.4). Chromosome studies of dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma ar e sparse. Three of the anomalies in the present study are similar to t hose previously described in dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma.
