Abstract
beta-2'-Deoxy-[9,Amino-N-15(2)]Adenosine has been constructed in 4 ste ps from commercially available 5-amino-4,6-dichloropyrimidine and (NH3 )-N-15. The reactions have been scaled to provide significant quantiti es of labeled nucleoside.
