Abstract
We present a case of biopsy-proven cerebral amyloid angiopathy mimicki ng a unilateral, non-hemorrhagic, infiltrating, intra-axial mass on MR I. The patient was treated with steroids, with clinical improvement an d significant resolution of the MRI abnormalities.
