Abstract
Structural (X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy) and m agnetic (Kerr effect and SQUID magnetometry) properties of (111) or (0 01) epitaxial films (x similar to 0.25, 0,75) grown onto a Ru(001) buf fer at various temperatures have been studied. Large perpendicular mag netic anisotropy is observed for both compositions, which is strongly dependent on growth temperature and structural state.
