Abstract
Electrochemically oxidated La2CuO4+delta was investigated by means of SQUID-magnetometry and La-139 NQR. Several superconducting phases with different thermal stability have been discovered. It is supposed that the differences between the most stable phases are connected with the ordering of the excess oxygen.
