Abstract
Mesenteric cysts are considered as a rare cause of abdominal complaint s. Histologically, several specific types can be distinguished: lympha ngioma, nonpancreatic pseudocyst, enteric duplication cyst, enteric cy st and mesothelial cyst. Histopathological classification and radiolog ical findings in two cases of mesenteric cysts are presented, and, wit h regard to the literature, radiological appearance and differential d iagnoses are discussed.
