Abstract
Dermatologic nondisease is a relatively common problem presenting to d
ermatologists with rich symptomatology in important body image areas s
uch as the face, scalp, and genital area. There is no objective dermat
ologic change present on examination. The most common psychiatric dise
ase present is depression. Suicide is common, especially in women with
perceived facial problems.
