Abstract
The parameters of Isotonic Charge Distribution Model have been calcula ted for several isotones of three law energy fissioning systems. The g lobal charge even-add effects are determined as 0.27 +/- 0.04 for ther mal neutron induced fission of U-233(U233T), 0.27 +/- 0.05 for U235T a nd 0.13 +/- 0.05 for PU239T. The pre-scission kinetic energies for U23 5T and PU239T are estimated and found to be similar to 16 MeV.
