Abstract
Three cases of compartment-syndrome of the lower extremity are present ed as an example of a specific type of compartment syndrome of the don orleg after CABG. The possible factors contributing to this complicati on are being discussed, and guidelines are given to adequately diagnos e and treat this problem.
