Abstract
A case of ectopic germinoma in the cerebellopontine angle with periphe ral facial palsy and complete hearing loss on the left side is present ed. The diagnosis was confirmed histopathologically. The unusual locat ion of the tumor is stressed, and current management recommendations a re reviewed.
