Abstract
We report a case of an acute pancreatitis revealing an annular pancrea s associated with a pancreas divisum. Diagnosis performed by endoscopi c retrograde pancreatography with successful injection of major and mi nor papillae. Coexistence of pancreas divisum and annular pancreas is a rare congenital anomaly. Our case is original because the annular du ct system encircling the duodenum is the ventral pancreas duct.
