Abstract
The quark-meson coupling model for nuclear matter is extended to finit e temperature. The resulting equation of state for nuclear matter is a pplied to discuss the liquid-gas phase transition and the Coulomb inst ability of hot nuclei. The calculated critical temperature and limitin g temperature are compared with those given by the Walecka and other m odels.
